If you feel stuck in a cycle of overthinking your relationship, checking your feelings, seeking reassurance, or constantly wondering if you're with the right person, this episode is for you.
Today we're diving into the hidden compulsions that keep relationship anxiety and Relationship OCD (ROCD) alive. We'll talk about common compulsions like testing your feelings, confessing doubts, comparing your relationship, replaying conversations, future projecting, reassurance seeking, and more. You'll learn why these behaviors actually strengthen anxiety—even when they seem helpful in the moment.
Most importantly, I'll share simple, practical ways to start breaking the cycle with more self-compassion and less fear. Recovery isn't about getting rid of every anxious thought—it's about learning how to respond differently so anxiety no longer runs your relationship.
If you're ready to better understand your brain and take one step closer to healing, this episode is for you!

In this episode, we're tackling one of the most common questions people with relationship anxiety and ROCD ask:
"Is this anxiety, or is it intuition?"
We'll talk about why we crave certainty, how anxiety disguises itself, and the characteristics that can help you recognize the language of anxiety—from urgent what-if stories to the tight, fearful sensations in your body.
If you've ever felt afraid of missing your intuition or worried about making the "wrong" decision, this episode is for you. ❤️

In this episode, I’m sharing some of the biggest things I’ve learned about God during my OCD and anxiety recovery—things that really changed my relationship with Him. I used to think doubt meant I was doing something wrong, but I’ve come to know a God who is gentle with doubt, doesn’t speak through urgency or fear, and is so patient as we grow. I also talk about learning to recognize the difference between God’s voice and anxious thoughts.
I also share how deconstructing and rebuilding my faith has actually been a really normal and important part of growth, and how God doesn’t need us to be perfect before we come to Him. He wants to meet us right in the mess. If you’ve ever felt scared of your doubts or unsure how God sees you in your anxiety, this episode is for you. 🤍
Also—my free 45-minute consult calls are open right now, and I would genuinely love to connect with you and see if coaching could support you!

Boundaries are everywhere right now. Everyone is talking about them. But, most of what we’ve been taught about boundaries isn’t actually helpful.
In this episode, I’m breaking down what boundaries really are, and what they’re not. A boundary is not controlling someone else. It’s not telling someone what they can or cannot do. A boundary is how you keep yourself safe.
We’ll talk about:
The difference between a request and a boundary
Why boundaries build self-trust
How boundaries actually create deeper connection (not distance)
Why boundaries don’t mean you’re in the wrong relationship
Why anxiety might spike a little after you set one (and why that’s okay)
If you’ve ever felt u sure about how to actually create a healthy boundary, this episode is for you! Boundaries aren’t about control — they’re about safety, which allows you to love so much more abundantly.

Valentine’s Day can bring up a lot when you struggle with relationship anxiety or ROCD. The pressure to feel in love, to feel certain, or to make sure your partner shows up “the right way” can turn one simple day into a spiral.
In this episode, I’m sharing 5 gentle tips to help you move through Valentine’s Day with more calm and intention — from letting go of feeling-checking, to not testing your partner, to choosing love as an action instead of obsessing over love as a feeling.

In this episode of the Relationship Anxiety Podcast, I’m sharing one of my favorite tools for regulating emotions: EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique). This is a practice I use personally and with clients to help calm the nervous system and lower the intensity of anxious thoughts—especially around relationships.I walk you through what EFT tapping is, how it works, and why it can be so effective for relationship anxiety. Then I guide you through a full tapping script focused on one of the most common fears I see: the fear of choosing the wrong person.
We move through three important phases—acknowledging what you’re really feeling, creating safety for those emotions, and gently reframing anxious thoughts once your body feels more regulated. You’re welcome to tap along in real time or come back to this practice whenever you need it.With all of this, remember: the goal isn’t to get rid of anxiety—it’s to learn how to support yourself when it shows up. You’re doing an amazing job!

In this episode, we’re diving into something so many of us people-pleasers struggle with, especially during the holidays: feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions. If you find yourself tiptoeing around family dynamics, worrying about how your partner is being perceived, or trying to keep every single person happy (even at the cost of your own peace), this one is for you.
I’ll walk you through why we slip into people-pleasing mode, how it actually comes from a protective part of us, and a reframe that has completely changed the way I show up. It’s not about making everyone else feel good—it’s about choosing the kind of person you want to be. You get to let people handle their own emotions, and you get to show up in the world with grace and kindness because it feels true to you.

In this episode, we'll break down what self-trust actually is-and why it absolutely does not mean believing every anxious thought your brain offers. If you live with relationship anxiety or ROCD, the idea of "trusting yourself" can feel scary or confusing. I'll share what true self-trust is: about building a compassionate, consistent relationship with yourself-one where you show up, listen, and support yourself no matter what. You won't want to miss this episode!
